One of the oldest NCR high-rise residential society build in 1992.​

As the structure was old we did complete renovation which included a new electrical and plumbing plan.

The design ideology was inspired by the Scandinavian style of architecture.

Minimalism was the driving factor in design. We removed 40% of internal walls to make space bigger and breathable.
